Young professionals applauding together during a session

Tanzania's energy future needs its young people and women.

The energy transition is opening doors. Too many young people and women are outside them.

  • Digital energy
  • Clean cooking
  • Renewable energy
  • Electric mobility
  • Energy modelling
  • Critical minerals
  • Productive use of energy

We build three things.

More than training.
An ecosystem.

  1. Build skills
  2. Put them to work
  3. Access support and finance
  4. Shape decisions
  5. Lead the transition
